ach67 Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Bangladesh Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the ach67 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by ach67 ("ach67", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, and player who accesses the ach67 Platform in any capacity.

By completing the registration process on ach67, by depositing funds into an ach67 account, by placing any bet or wager through the ach67 sportsbook or casino, or by otherwise accessing any feature of the ach67 Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ach67 Privacy Policy and the ach67 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are effective from the date of your registration with ach67 and remain in force until your account is closed or terminated in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms. ach67 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the ach67 Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that all references to "you" in these Terms apply equally to that person or entity.

2. Eligibility

Use of the ach67 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are aged 21 years or older. ach67 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of ach67 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the ach67 Platform under any prior account or self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ach67 or by any responsible gaming organisation whose lists ach67 recognises.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. ach67 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on ach67, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ach67 Platform. Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or under a different name, email address, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ach67 employs active detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and any funds or bonuses associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep this information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ach67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard platform security requirements. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement); and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Account Currency

All ach67 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. ach67 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ach67 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ach67 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard card transactions are supported where available. ach67 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on ach67 is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. ach67 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to ach67 are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during KYC verification, or where a withdrawal is subject to a pending bonus wagering requirement. ach67 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds into your ach67 account from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. You confirm that all funds deposited into your ach67 account are from legal sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ach67 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. The balance of a dormant account will never fall below zero as a result of administration fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ach67 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, and additionally to the following general bonus rules:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your ach67 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 Bonus Validity

Each bonus has an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through new accounts or shared device/IP combinations will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.4 ach67's Right to Modify Promotions

ach67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in circumstances where ach67 believes a promotion is being abused or exploited in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. In the event of a material change to an active bonus, affected players will be notified and given the option to withdraw any qualifying deposit made in reliance on the original offer.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed through the ach67 sportsbook, live casino, slots, lottery, crash games, and all other gaming products available on the Platform:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ach67 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. ach67 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has reason to believe the bet involves match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of a pricing error.

6.2 Pricing Errors

Where a bet is placed at odds or a game payout that is clearly erroneous — including but not limited to odds caused by technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input error — ach67 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled at the erroneous price.

6.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement

For sportsbook bets, where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant markets can be settled, ach67 will follow its standard sports-specific settlement rules, which are published in the platform's sports betting rules documentation. In most cases, stakes are returned where a match does not reach its scheduled conclusion within a defined period.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, game, and player account status. ach67 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ach67 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one ach67 account in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt sporting conduct.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live table games, poker, or any competitive game format.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling and gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ach67 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the ach67 Platform.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ach67 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ach67 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your ach67 account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including friends and family members.
• Always log out of your ach67 account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact ach67 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ach67 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from ach67 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ach67 support immediately.

All sessions on the ach67 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ach67 does not store payment card details. All financial data transmitted between your device and the ach67 Platform is encrypted in transit and at rest.

9. Privacy & Data

ach67 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, IP address, and betting history. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ach67 Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to ach67 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ach67 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, including losing bets, lost bonus funds, or forfeited winnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ach67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. ach67's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ach67 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". ach67 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ach67 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining balance (subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method.

13.2 Termination by ach67

ach67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where ach67 has reason to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes, or that continued operation of your account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In such cases, ach67 may withhold funds pending investigation.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 11, 12, and 15 — shall remain in full force and effect after termination.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ach67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ach67 will notify registered players by email and/or by a notification displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the ach67 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account before the effective date of the amendment. If you close your account for this reason, any remaining balance will be returned to you in the normal course.
